The New Forest
Setting out foundations, holding down bolts, houses, roads, drainage and as built surveys.
Pool And Gym House
Hungerford
A very detailed and complicated concrete structure sunk into the ground. Our works include contiguous piling, reinforced concrete, capping beams, swimming pool, cedar wood printed concrete panels, radius concrete walls. All works had to be millimetre perfect.
HSBC 8 Canada Square
Canary Wharf London
This was an enjoyable and different kind of project. We were asked to set out the concrete bases of 4 new large water tanks on the roof of the HSBC building in London. The bases had to coincide with the beams running underneath the roof. This took careful surveying of the beams and then taking that data we could set out where they were onto of the roof so as they could take the weight of the new tanks.
Solar Farm - Castle Combe Race Track
Wiltshire
Setting out of solar panel bases, inverters and service roads. We used GPS here to accurately mark out the solar panels so as to get the maximum daily light.
Crest Nicholson, Riverside Development
Bath
A faceted block of Bath stone apartments. We covered most of the apartment blocks on this site as well as the roads, drainage and landscaping features.
Lovell Partnerships - MOD Housing Development
Larkhill Wiltshire
Houses and roads project for the MOD. Nu-span floors were used here which required block work to be built to a high standard in level variation. As built floor level surveys were needed here.

Emersons Green area of Bristol. This site included 1 indoor and 1 outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, holding down bolts, foundations, drainage, car parks.
